Her Pen at Midnight is a collection of original essays, musings, and stories written by Dani. Like many among us, Dani’s fictional characters are mostly flawed, and usually stoned. Dani finds her stories coming to life after the midnight hour, when the facade of perfection has faded, and thoughts begin to wander.
Dani Longman is a published writer, both online and in-print. Dani’s writing has appeared in numerous magazines and newspapers such as: Scary Mommy, What The Flicka, The Indie Chicks, Jupiter Courier, The St. Lucie Tribune. Dani had also contributed essays to three anthology series.
Dani lives in South Florida but dreams of returning back to New England, where she grew up and feels most at home. Dani is a mom (to both humans and dogs), a wife, and recovering/retired travel sports parent (IYKYK).
When not writing, Dani can be found obsessing over her garden, The Sox, the Marlins, Sally Rooney’s writing, women’s rights, the new cast of RHONY, and parmesan cheese.
